Responsibilities and duties of the Plant Manager roleReporting to the General Manager you will: Oversee all plant operations across both sites to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.Monitor and optimise biological performance of the digestion process.Coordinate feedstock deliveries, storage, and blending to maintain consistent digester performance.Manage digestate storage, handling, and export in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.Take ownership of operational and financial performance, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, profit and loss reviews, reporting, feedstock procurement and cost controlEnsure accurate record keeping of plant outputs including biogas, CHP electrical generation, biomethane, heat, and digestateBe part of an on-call rota along with weekend work when requiredAct as the primary site lead for the plant''s Environmental Permit, ensuring full compliance with EA requirements.Act as the primary site ..... full job details .....
