Responsibilities and duties of the Stores Coordinator role Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader you will: Controlling all outgoing items and ensuring these are recorded against CMMS movements / PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance). Accepting and logging all deliveries of stock items into CMMS and registering them to correct store locations. Recording deliveries through the ready-to-receipt system and ensuring integration with relevant systems. Conducting stock checks of selected areas using CMMS inventory reports.
