They are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join them at their site in the Scunthorpe area. The Biogas Plant Operator will be working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern and be part of an on-call rota once trained. The Biogas Plant Operator role comes with a competitive salary, depending on experience and excellent company benefits.If you''re an experienced Plant Operator with a strong mechanical maintenance background and are looking to work for an organisation that values their employees, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Biogas Plant Operator roleReporting to the Plant Manager you will:Carrying out day to day operations of the renewable energy process plantUsing SCADA control systems to monitor the process (training provided)Carrying out general maintenance task such as changing and isolating a pump, greasing, oil and filter changesSupporting the biologist with carrying out analysis checks (training provided)Feeding fuel into the process using mobile plant such as telehandlersResponding to machine and systems failuresEnsuring adherence with health and safety at all timesBeing part of an on-call rota (once trained)Other duties as required Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following:A relevant Engineering qualification/certificate would be an advantage but not essential.Telehandler ..... full job details .....
