The strategically Plant Manager role comes with a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and the chance to be part of an industry leading business within the renewable energy sector.If you''re an experienced Manager from a heavy processing background and are looking to work for a leading an established business within the biogas sector, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Plant Manager roleReporting to the Operations Manager you will:The safe and efficient day to day management of an anaerobic digestion plantManaging a team of three Operators as well as specialist contractors on siteFull HSE management of the facilityEnsuring that the correct feedstock with the correct composition is being fed into the plantManaging site KPIs and adjusting where requiredLooking for ways to optimise the asset and any way to generate more biogas, safelyTaking responsibility for the site PandL and reporting back to managementLiaising with and being the primary contact for the regulatory bodies, such as the EA and OfgemUsing the SCADA to help diagnose any faults and performing trend analysis where appropriateOther duties as required Professional qualifications We are looking for someone ..... full job details .....
