Bindery Operator

Print Finishers and Bindery Operators Job Type: Full time/Permanent Shifts: Treble Shift Pattern (Average 40 hours per week 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am) Location: Wiltshire Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum plus Overtime One of the UK s leading print groups has the opportunity for experienced Print Finishers, Guillotine Operators or Bindery Operators to join their team. Working a Continental Triple shift system, you will be responsible for managing the operating bindery equipment including folders, guillotines and binding machines. You will be responsible for producing finished products to the highest quality and as efficiently as the job and machinery will allow. If you have similar experience with print finishing or binding in a comparable environment, re-training will be considered. Competencies: Previous experience in a print production or bindery environment preferred Knowledge of bindery equipment operation and finishing processes Ability to read and understand production specifications and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude Good communication and organisational skills.
