This is a newly created role designed to support increasing design, modelling and coordination requirements across live and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will work across both 3D modelling and 2D CAD production, supporting highly coordinated MEP project delivery within a compliance-driven construction environment.   Salary Package £40,000 - £45,000 25 Days Holidays Office Hours 9-5   Key Responsibilities Produce accurate 3D BIM models and 2D CAD drawings for MEP-related project works.
