Position: BIM TechnicianSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 Basic salaryRegion: LondonIndustry: Construction My client is seeking a BIM Technician to work within the design team on projects based in London. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes within the Commercial and Residential sectors across Central London.This company offers a good salary and benefits and has a strong forward order book; the business is well respected and has proven sustainable success.Ideally you may have some experience with the following Software platforms (This is not a must): AutoCAD, Navisworks, Synchro, Revit, Solibri, Mudshark, CostX, Design Review, Asta Power Project, 4Project, Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe professional Some key Roles and Responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain the BIM Protocol and BEPEnsure all stakeholders are in alignment with the BIM Protocol and BEPCreate and maintain a BIM Coordination Programme that is aligned with the Project ProgrammeIdentify any impact on the BIM Coordination Programme arising from errors in the transmission and use of information during the BIM processKeep a record of BIM models and their statusAttendance at design and construction reviewsAttend design, client and site meetings as requiredInterpreting and amending modelsThe production of builders works schedules and associated drawingsDevelopment of models and reports in line with client scheduling ..... full job details .....
