BIM Technician MEP

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP BIM Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital construction, coordination, and delivering high-quality building services models across a range of projects. As an MEP BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems within a BIM environment. You will work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve clashes, maintain model integrity, and support project delivery from design through to construction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and coordinate MEP BIM models using industry-standard software Perform clash detection and coordinate resolutions across disciplines Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and external consultants Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements are met Produce coordinated drawings, schedules, and reports Support BIM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives Attend coordination meetings and communicate technical solutions effectively Requirements: Proven experience in an MEP BIM Coordinator or similar role Strong proficiency in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC Good understanding of MEP systems and construction processes Experience with clash detection and model coordination workflows Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) is desirable Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
