BIM Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join a leading MandE Engineering company supporting works on the HS2 project in Birmingham. Based out of our London office, the successful candidate will play a key role in the production, coordination, and management of BIM models and technical drawings for large-scale infrastructure and rail projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of the UK''s most high-profile infrastructure projects within a fast-paced and collaborative engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce and develop coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical and electrical building servicesCreate detailed technical drawings and layouts using Revit and AutoCADSupport project teams with BIM coordination and clash detection processesWork closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate model deliveryEnsure BIM deliverables meet project specifications, client standards, and HS2 requirementsParticipate in design reviews and coordination meetingsMaintain accurate model documentation and drawing registersAssist with model updates throughout project lifecycle stagesEnsure compliance with BIM Level 2 standards and company proceduresRequirementsProven experience working as a BIM Technician within MandE Building ServicesStrong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCADExperience working on large-scale construction, rail, infrastructure, or commercial projectsUnderstanding of BIM workflows, standards, and ..... full job details .....
