Job Title: BIM Technician - Civils
Location: Exeter, Brighton, Birmingham, Bristol, London, Newcastle, Liverpool (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are looking for a BIM Technician to support civil engineering projects across the water sector. You will create, manage, and maintain BIM models for infrastructure, non-infrastructure, clean water, and wastewater schemes across multiple frameworks, helping design teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

STW (Severn Trent Water)
Thames Water
Anglian Water
Southern Water
South West Water
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BIM models in line with project standards.
Coordinate with engineers and design teams to ensure model accuracy and integration.
Produce high-quality outputs for design review, clash detection, and construction.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, client standards, and industry best practices.
Support documentation and reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a BIM Technician, ideally in civil engineering or water sectors.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar).
Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and civil engineering design processes.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience across infrastructure, non-infrastructure, clean water, and/or wastewater projects is desirable.
