BIM Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Technician to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex engineering projects across the defence, education, nuclear and infrastructure sectors.This BIM Technician role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of BIM delivery during the later design stages, producing high-quality coordinated Revit MEP models and working closely with engineers to deliver technically demanding projects.The successful BIM Technician will support the delivery of multidisciplinary MEP projects, playing a key role throughout the detailed design process while helping to drive BIM quality and coordination across a diverse portfolio of work.The RoleAs a BIM Technician, you''ll be responsible for:Producing coordinated Revit MEP models across a range of Building Services projectsDelivering BIM packages through RIBA Stage 4, with particular focus on Stages 4A, 4B and 4CDeveloping detailed construction models and technical drawingsCoordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary project teamsResolving design clashes and supporting BIM coordination meetingsWorking closely with engineers to develop practical, buildable design solutionsReviewing and maintaining BIM standards throughout project deliverySupporting projects from detailed design through to constructionThis BIM Technician position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects within highly ..... full job details .....
