BIM Technician - Bentley Software

 
Are you a BIM Coordinator with extensive experience on Bentley software packages - Microstation, Open Buildings, Open Roads or OpenRail.?
 
Have you worked on major infrastructure experience?
 
Location: Birmingham ideally or London, Manchester, York, Glasgow (2-3 days week in office rest from home)
Rate: £40-£45 hour outside IR35
Contract length: Inital 6 months with likely extensions
 
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead and orchestrate digital delivery and information management for the HS2 Main Works Civils Contract (MWCC). This coordinating role operates across design, construction, and handover phases, working through dedicated BIM, information management, assurance, and design coordination functions to ensure consistent application of HS2 standards, robust model coordination, compliant asset data capture, and seamless handover readiness.
 
Requirements:
·Deep understanding of BIM processes, software, and workflows for infrastructures and buildings
·Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) deployment
·Experience working with Bentley Software; Microstation, Open Buildings, Open Roads or OpenRail.
·Proficiency in ISO 19650 standards and information management frameworks
·Experience in Digital Delivery
·Experience working on Large Multidisciplinary Projects, ideally Rail Focused
