We''re looking for a talented and proactive  BIM Technician  to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK.  What you''ll be doing:   Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team  Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage  Set up and manage models - templates, coordinates, model bridging andamp; more  Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date  Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families  Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines  Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project   What you need:    Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit  (modelling andamp; families)   In-depth experience  inputting COBie data into Revit  Solid experience as a CAD operator  Excellent working knowledge of  ISO 19650   Good communication skills and attention to detail  Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards   Personal qualities:   Rel...</description>
