Are you a Revit andamp; COBie expert who loves turning complex models into client-ready deliverables£

We''re looking for a talented and proactive BIM Technician to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK.

What you''ll be doing:

• Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team
• Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage
• Set up and manage models - templates, coordinates, model bridging andamp; more
• Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date
• Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families
• Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines
• Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project

What you need:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modelling andamp; families)
• In-depth experience inputting COBie data into Revit
• Solid experience as a CAD operator
• Excellent working knowledge of ISO 19650
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards
