About the Role
The BIM Technician will join Amida in Dudley on a permanent basis. This role provides Revit and COBie support to Design Engineers, converting complex models into client-ready deliverables. Key responsibilities include managing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires at tender stage, setting up model templates and coordinates, and organising CAD libraries. The post holder will create compliant Revit families, populate models with full COBie data, and liaise with designers and clients. Candidates require expertise in Revit and COBie. The salary is competitive. This position operates within a full-time working pattern.

We''re looking for a talented and proactive BIM Technician to join our growing team and provide essential support to our Design Engineers on exciting projects across the UK.
What you''ll be doing:
- Deliver first-class Revit support to the Design Engineering team
- Handle client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) at tender stage
- Set up and manage models - templates, coordinates, model bridging andamp; more
- Keep our CAD/Revit libraries organised and up to date
- Create and maintain compliant, COBie-ready Revit families
- Populate the Revit model with full COBie data to meet client deadlines
- Liaise confidently with designers and clients throughout the project
What you need:
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modelling andamp; families)
- In-depth experience inputting COBie data into Revit
- Solid experience as a CAD operator
- Excellent working knowledge of ISO 19650
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to company and client BIM/CAD standards
