BIM Team Lead

BIM Team Lead (On-Site)Blyth, UK.Data Centre Project. Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for BIM delivery across the project.Engage with the WTL site team, subcontractors, and client to ensure the standard WTL BIM procedures are being followed.Manage the team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians to deliver on BIM requirements.Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations.Provide support to junior BIM team members and site team.Contribute to research and development initiatives related to BIM technologies and new processes.Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines.Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan.RequirementsPrevious Revit experience - MEP bias requiredAutoCAD experience preferredNavisworks experience desired8+ years'' experience working on multiple large projectsRelevant Bachelor''s degree in engineering or similarOffer: Market Related SalaryFull re-location/accommodation package paid for. ..... full job details .....
