      <description>Location: City of London | Salary: &amp;pound;42000 - &amp;pound;48000/annum | Type: Permanent | BIM Manager    London | Office Based | -42,000 - -50,000   I''m working with a key client based in London who is looking to hire a BIM Manager to support the delivery of BIM projects across a growing portfolio of work.   Requirements    Strong Revit experience  Experience working with point cloud data  Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards  Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/CDE)  Ability to develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)  Experience using Navisworks and AutoCAD  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  Previous experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar    Responsibilities    Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows  Support project teams with BIM best practice  Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and quality requirements  Coordinate digital project delivery across multiple schemes  Provide technical support and guidance to project teams  Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes   This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business working on a variety of BIM, surveying, digital construction and asset information projects.</description>
