We believe that our respective areas of expertise can be integrated to allow seamless interdisciplinary synergy to create buildings that are more relevant to our evolving society.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join our innovative team in London Waterloo Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes across our projects, ensuring efficient delivery and optimal collaboration amongst teams.Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for various construction and engineering projectsOversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standardsCollaborate with project teams to integrate BIM processes into design, construction, and facility management phasesManage and coordinate BIM data exchange between various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractorsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to BIM team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organisationConduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM models and deliverablesResolve complex BIM-related issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiencyStay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to current processesLiaise with clients and project managers to ensure BIM requirements are met throughout the project lifecycleRepresent the organisation at industry events and conferences related to BIM technology and practicesQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and managementBachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field experienceProven track record of successfully managing complex BIM projectsProficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platformsAdvanced 3D modelling and visualisation skillsExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesOutstanding communication and leadership skillsIn-depth understanding of BIM processes and workflows across various project typesKnowledge of UK building codes, regulations, and BIM standardsExperience in managing and mentoring BIM teamsFamiliarity with construction methodologies and project lifecyclesAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentProfessional certifications such as BIM certification or relevant industry qualifications are highly desirableWillingness to travel within the UKMinimum of 3 days in the London OfficeYou must have the right to work in the UK on a permanent basisAdditional InformationPlease upload your Resume, Cover Letter and any other supporting documentation where asked within your application.
