The Role You will take responsibility for the practice''s BIM standards, Revit workflows and digital development, supporting project team and improving how the practice works. Key responsibilities: * Develop, review and maintain BIM protocols. * Create and manage Revit templates and families. * Set up and audit Revit models. * Induct new staff and provide ongoing Revit/BIM training. * Provide technical BIM and Revit support to project teams. * Develop and implement AI and automation tools/scripts for Revit and BIM. * Drive improvements in digital workflows and BIM standards. The right person for this will have strong Revit and BIM experience within an architectural practice, ideally with experience in industrial, logistics or large-scale commercial projects.
