BIM Manager

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join a specialist BIM company on a permanent staff basis. In this role you will have the flexibility to operate remotely whilst working on a range of projects within the Building Services sector.

-Competitive salary ranging from -60,00070,000 (depending on experience).

-Remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring project milestones and team coordination.

-Liaise with clients to meet BIM requirements and maintain professional communication.

-Oversee quality of BIM data, drawings, and adherence to standards.

-Maintain records and ensure compliance with documentation, confidentiality, and safety.

-Support development of team skills, MEP libraries, and general office operations.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

-Strong MEP and construction background with BIM expertise (ISO 19650, UK BIM Framework).

-Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solibri, BIM 360, and CDE platforms.

-Experience in project management, client liaison, clash detection, and RIBA Stage 5 models.

-Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination.

-Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.

-Familiar with COBie, Dynamo, and Macro programming (desirable).
