      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: None | Type: Permanent | BIM Manager     We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital delivery and internal BIM processes across multiple offices Manchester, Sheffield, or Wellingore (flexible/hybrid).    This is a key leadership role suited to someone looking to shape and drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practices within a growing team.    You MUST have worked on UK based projects and have a experience working to BS standards.    Key Responsibilities  - Lead and manage BIM delivery across projects and teams  - Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and workflows  - Oversee and support the use of Common Data Environments (CDEs)  - Ensure compliance with industry standards, including COBie requirements  - Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM technicians and wider project teams  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve digital processes  - Manage inter-office coordination (travel as required, self-directed)    Requirements  - 10+ years'' experience in BIM or digital engineering roles  - Strong working knowledge of COBie  - Proven experience in BIM team leadership or management (advantageous)  - Experience working within consultancies, contractors, or sim...</description>
