Are you an experienced BIM Manager ready to take on global projects in the data centre and mission-critical sectors? We’re working with a leading project controls consultancy that supports large-scale developments across data centres, residential schemes, infrastructure, and complex facilities. This role is remote with occasional London meetings, and includes opportunities for international travel to support project delivery. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic pre-construction team, shaping project outcomes from early RIBA stages through to handover.What you’ll be doing
leading BIM implementation and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams worldwidemanaging scan-to-BIM workflows, including 3D laser scanning, point cloud registration, and Revit model deliverydriving adoption of BIM standards (ISO 19650, BS 1192) and ensuring compliance within CDEssupporting procurement strategies and client engagement in early project stagesdelivering accurate, coordinated as-built models for use in facilities managementWhat we’re looking for
a higher diploma or degree in an MEP-related discipline5+ years experience as a BIM manager or coordinator in construction or engineeringstrong background in data centre or mission-critical projectshands-on scan-to-BIM experience with Faro or Leica scannersexperience registering point clouds and translating as-built information into Autodesk platforms such as Revit MEP and AutoCADhigh proficiency in the Autodesk construction suite, including Revit, Navisworks Manage, Recap Pro, AutoCAD, and MagiCADstrong experience using Autodesk construction cloud and Reviztofamiliarity with EDMS systems such as Procore, Aconex, and ACCadvanced understanding of ISO 19650, BS 1192, CDEs, IFC, COBie, and classification systemsWhat’s on offer
