This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing BIM standards, supporting project delivery, and developing a high-performing team of BIM professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators, Technicians, and Modellers. Oversee the delivery of BIM on multiple MEP projects from design through to construction and handover. Ensure all BIM deliverables meet client requirements, project standards, and ISO 19650 compliance. Manage model coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance processes.
