BIM Manager

This is a senior position offering 75,000- 80,000 per annum, with responsibility for managing a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians while overseeing the successful delivery of MEP requirements across the project.The RoleYou''ll lead BIM delivery across a technically complex data centre development, working closely with the site team, subcontractors and client to ensure established procedures and the BIM Execution Plan are followed.A key part of the position will involve coordinating complex mechanical and electrical installations, working alongside package managers and site engineers to identify and resolve clashes between disciplines.You''ll also provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to research and development around emerging technologies and improved digital processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of BIM Coordinators and TechniciansOversee delivery in accordance with the project BIM Execution PlanCoordinate complex MEP installations with site and engineering teamsManage and resolve multidisciplinary clashes and coordination issuesProduce and oversee drawings, specifications and schedulesLiaise with subcontractors, package managers, engineers and the clientProvide technical support and guidance to junior team membersContribute to the development of new digital workflows and processesWhat We''re Looking For8+ years of experience working across large-scale projectsStrong Revit experience with an MEP biasPrevious experience ..... full job details .....
