looking to grow their digital design teams. One role is a

BIM Manager

with firm-wide responsibility, and the other a

BIM Coordinator

embedded within a project team. Both studios work on large-scale, technically complex projects across sectors like residential, healthcare, commercial, infrastructure, and hospitality.Current OpeningsBIM Manager

– Up to -£60,000 (DOE)Location: Flexible (London, Manchester, Sheffield)Hybrid: 2 days WFH per weekLead BIM strategy across multiple officesOversee implementation, standards, training, and technical supportWork on complex UK projects with coordination responsibilitiesBIM Coordinator

– -£50,000Location: LondonHybrid: 1 day WFH per weekSupport project teams on BIM deliveryCoordinate models, run clash detection, and manage documentationEnsure Revit model accuracy and data consistencyDeliver training and maintain quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Proven BIM experience (Coordinator or Manager level)Strong

Revit
