This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of BIM strategy, standards and project delivery across a diverse and technically challenging portfolio of work.The role can be based in Solihull or Birmingham and operates under a flexible, agile working framework.The RoleAs BIM Lead, you will be responsible for driving BIM best practice across the business, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting project teams with technical expertise and training. You will play a key role in improving digital workflows, maintaining quality control, and ensuring efficient information management across projects.This is a leadership-focused position requiring both technical excellence and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and enforcement of organisational BIM standardsPrepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Oversee project information management within Common Data Environments (CDEs), ensuring data security and complianceConduct model validation (geometric and data QA)Coordinate and manage federated models across disciplinesSet up linked models and oversee project workflowsManage daily model administration and maintenanceProvide technical support, mentoring and BIM training to project teamsSupport the implementation of BIM-related ..... full job details .....
