This is an excellent opportunity for a proven BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM coordination and delivery on a large-scale, technically complex project. You will lead the BIM team while working closely with design, engineering, construction and client teams to ensure coordinated models and drawings are delivered on programme. BIM Lead Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the BIM team, allocating workloads and supporting team development. Establish and manage BIM workflows, standards and project deliverables. Coordinate multidisciplinary 3D models, ensuring effective integration into the federated model. Lead clash detection, design coordination and resolution of technical issues. Produce and review construction models, coordinated layouts, GA drawings, details and fabrication isometrics.
