This is a senior, hands-on BIM position and would be best suited to someone with a strong contractor background rather than consultancy experience. You will take ownership of BIM delivery and MEP coordination across projects, working closely with design, project and site teams from design development through to installation. Key Responsibilities Lead BIM and MEP coordination across multiple projects. Manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical services using Revit and Navisworks. Oversee clash detection, resolution and model quality. Lead coordination meetings with project teams, consultants and subcontractors. Manage BIM deliverables through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5 .
