BIM Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Lead to join a growing building services consultancy delivering technically complex MEP projects across the UK and internationally.

This BIM Lead role is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on with BIM coordination while taking ownership of project delivery, mentoring colleagues and driving BIM standards across multiple live projects.

Working closely with engineering teams and project stakeholders, you''ll help deliver coordinated BIM solutions from design through to construction, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest technical standards.

The Role

As a BIM Lead, you''ll be responsible for:

• Leading BIM coordination across multiple building services projects
• Producing and reviewing coordinated Revit MEP models
• Managing BIM delivery throughout the design and construction process
• Supporting and mentoring BIM Coordinators and Technicians
• Coordinating multidisciplinary MEP models with internal and external design teams
• Reviewing models to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with BIM standards
• Identifying coordination issues and implementing practical technical solutions
• Developing BIM workflows and improving project delivery processes
• Attending coordination meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
• Remaining actively involved in modelling while providing technical leadership across projects

What We''re Looking For

We''re looking for a BIM professional who can combine technical excellence with leadership.

Ideally, you''ll have:

• Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator or Senior Revit MEP Coordinator
• Advanced Revit MEP experience
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and digital project delivery
• Experience working on complex building services projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior BIM professionals
• The confidence to work directly with clients, consultants and project teams
