They are now looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team, working site-based in Cardiff on a landmark £300m arena and hotel development. This is a key role in ensuring BIM is successfully implemented and managed across this major new build project. Duties Responsibilities will cover all aspects of BIM deliverables across the lifecycle of a construction project, including work winning, pre-construction, construction and handover.
