Bim Coordinator

Job Title: BIM Coordinator Location: London About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join a leading main contractor in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a BIM professional to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of BIM processes across our construction projects. You will work closely with project, design, and construction teams to ensure effective BIM coordination, information management, and digital collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The first two projects will be large commercial fit-out schemes in Central London, providing an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the implementation and delivery of BIM processes across multiple projects, including large commercial fit-out schemes in Central London. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Coordinate BIM information between internal project teams, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Manage and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs) to ensure accurate, controlled, and timely sharing of project information.
