BIM Coordinator / Technician Glasgow First People Solutions are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator / Technician to join a well-established consulting engineer in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join a busy BIM team working across major infrastructure projects throughout the UK, particularly within the highways, power and energy sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the coordination and management of BIM information across multidisciplinary projects, helping ensure digital delivery standards are met throughout the design process. You''ll be working closely with engineers, technicians and project teams to maintain BIM compliance, improve workflows and support the delivery of high-quality design information across multiple live projects. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate BIM models and design information across a range of infrastructure projectsEnsure project deliverables are in line with client BIM standardsCarry out model reviews, audits and quality checksSupport project teams with BIM processes, workflows and information managementAssist with the production of BIM documentationSupport and mentor junior team members where required RequirementsHNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similarMinimum 5 years'' experience working within a UK design engineering environmentProficient with AutoCAD, Revit and Bentley softwareStrong BIM coordination experience on civil infrastructure projectsKnowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standardsStrong communication ..... full job details .....
