BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator - Ballymena - Permanent Riada Resourcing is delighted to be representing a well-established multidisciplinary engineering and construction company that is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the successful delivery of building services projects through high-quality digital coordination and modelling. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional to join a highly regarded engineering and construction organisation delivering complex and innovative projects across a diverse range of sectors. This role is responsible for producing coordinated, installable designs across mechanical, electrical and public health services, ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards and programme requirements. Working closely with project and design teams, the successful candidate will develop coordinated models that support efficient offsite manufacturing and installation on projects typically ranging from £2m to £50m across the commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and energy sectors.
