BIM Coordinator (MEP)

Your new company An award winning, top tier MEP contractor with exceptional bid success and a strong pipeline of secured work is seeking a MEP BIM Coordinator to join their expanding Digital Construction team. With an impressive client portfolio across the UK and Ireland, they deliver high quality projects across the Health, Education, Industrial, Leisure, and Commercial sectors. This role is based in their Belfast office, with occasional travel to other offices as required.Your new role As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in leading coordination activities across a range of major projects. You will take ownership of project delivery, support junior team members, and act as a technical lead within the Digital Construction function.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development and coordination of BIM models to company and project standardsOverseeing the production of GA drawings, detailed sheets, and coordinated layoutsPreparing builders'' works schedules and associated drawingsManaging 3D modelling of prefabricated and modular MEP solutionsEnsuring best practice in BIM processes and Revit MEP workflowsSupporting MandE design development using Revit MEP and NavisworksProducing detailed 3D working models and scheme layoutsManaging and resolving system clashes through Navisworks ManageDeveloping fully coordinated MEP services and structural layoutsProducing high quality 2D/3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and detailsEnsuring compliance with BIM ..... full job details .....
