You’ll oversee BIM workflows across multiple projects, support design teams with technical expertise, and ensure that the studio’s digital standards are consistently met and improved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead BIM coordination across a variety of architectural projects from concept to deliveryManage BIM resources and workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budgetDevelop and maintain studio-wide BIM standards, templates, and content librariesProvide training and day-to-day BIM support to internal teamsCarry out clash detection, model audits, and issue tracking using industry-standard toolsEnsure compliance with project specifications, studio protocols, and national BIM standardsCoordinate with clients, consultants, and external teams to ensure seamless digital collaborationBe the go-to expert for all BIM-related queries and troubleshootingWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience
in a BIM Coordinator or Digital Design role within architectureExpert-level Revit skills
and strong knowledge of BIM Level 2 standardsFamiliarity with model coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks), visualisation software, and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA proactive mindset with a genuine interest in digital design innovation and knowledge sharingWhat You’ll Get in Return£50,000 – £60,000
