Do you have expertise in BIM coordination across a high-security, highly regulated environment?We are headhunting an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of a major nuclear infrastructure project. This role plays a vital part in implementing and managing Building Information Modelling processes, ensuring digital coordination across design and construction teams while maintaining compliance with industry standards and strict regulatory requirements.This role would suit a digitally focused construction or engineering professional with strong BIM coordination experience on large infrastructure projects. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring data accuracy and driving digital best practice within complex, highly regulated environments such as nuclear or energy. Security Clearance required.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project requirements and ISO 19650 standards.Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate project information management.Coordinate BIM workflows across design, engineering and construction teams.Monitor BIM compliance, ensuring models and data meet project standards and client requirements.Provide guidance and training to project teams and supply chain partners on BIM tools and processes.This role comes with an excellent overall package, starting with a salary of 50,000- 55,000, a 5750 car allowance, 8% pension ..... full job details .....
