BIM Coordinator

Core duties will include the following:

- Develop, update, implement and maintain the Building Information Modelling Workflow, protocols and standards.

- Active production of project information in Revit

- Daily management of BIM workflows

- Ensure that all procedures, standards and work flows are applied and communicated to the project teams

- Developing the BIM protocol and office standards document

- Develop Revit graphic standards, to maintain consistency though different projects

- Regular model reviews and audits

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years working experience as a CAD/AutoCAD/Revit Technician in Building Services
• Skilled user of Revit, and understanding of BIM protocols
• Ability to work independently, with precise attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills-
• Able to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
