BIM Coordinator

Our client, a leading data centre delivery partner, is currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their expanding team in Helsinki, Finland. This is a permanent, on-site role within a dynamic BIM team, providing an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced and growing data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines
• Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules according to the project BIM Execution Plan
• Deliver all 2D and 3D coordination milestones on each project
• Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations
• Provide support to junior BIM team members

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Revit, with an MEP bias
• Preferred experience with AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Navisworks is desirable
• Experience working on multiple large projects
• Relevant Bachelor''s degree in engineering or a related field
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
