BIM Coordinator

Weandrsquo;re looking for an experienced BIM Coordinatorandnbsp;for a 3-month contract in Manchester. There may be an opporunity to extend the contract or turn into a permant contract after this period for the right individual. The ideal candidate will have strong BIM and Revit skillsandnbsp;within architecture, landscape, or urban design and be confident in managing BIM workflowsandnbsp;across multi-disciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate BIM data across UK/international projects.
- Maintain BIM standards and workflows (ISO 19650).
- Support teams with Revit, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
- Deliver clash detection and model coordination.
- Contribute to BEPs, MIDPs, and project documentation.

Requirements:

- Proven BIM coordination experience within landscape, masterplanning, or urban design.
- Strong Revit and Navisworks skills Rhino and visualization tools (Lumion/Twinmotion) desirable.
- Solid understanding of BIM protocols and model management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
- Contract: 3 months, inside IR35
