Job Title: BIM Coordinator Location: Manchester, UK Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional who is passionate about digital construction, collaborative working and delivering high-quality coordinated building information models. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating BIM deliverables, managing multidisciplinary design information and supporting the successful delivery of projects from design through to construction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage federated BIM models across multiple disciplines. Undertake clash detection, model reviews and coordination meetings to identify and resolve design conflicts. Produce, review and maintain BIM models, drawings, schedules and associated project information. Support the implementation and compliance of project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ensure models and information comply with project requirements, relevant UK BIM standards and ISO 19650 principles. Manage the exchange, review and coordination of information through a Common Data Environment (CDE). Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and clients to resolve technical and coordination issues.
