With an outstanding reputation for delivering complex and innovative projects, this is a chance to take a senior position within a forward-thinking practice where digital engineering and BIM are central to the way projects are delivered. As BIM Associate, you will take a leading role in the development and implementation of BIM standards, processes and workflows across a diverse portfolio of structural engineering projects. You will provide strategic direction to the BIM team, oversee project delivery, support and mentor colleagues, and work closely with engineers, architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistently high standards of digital delivery. This is a role with genuine influence. You will help shape BIM strategy, drive continuous improvement, lead model coordination and information management, and contribute to the ongoing development of the consultancy''s digital capabilities.
