Role: BIM Architect

Key Responsibilities
- Production and Development of BIM Drawings: The primary responsibility is to produce and develop detailed and accurate BIM drawings for high-end residential and hospitality projects in the GCC region. This includes creating and managing project models, drafting detailed plans, sections, and elevations, and ensuring all drawings adhere to project standards and deadlines.
- BIM Software Proficiency: The candidate must be highly proficient in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Rhino) to effectively execute tasks and contribute to a streamlined production workflow.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with design teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This includes resolving clashes, coordinating with external consultants, and maintaining an organized and collaborative digital environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all drawings and models, consistently meeting the firm''s high standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Around 10 years of professional experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar production-focused architectural role.
- Location: Currently based in Dubai
- Project Experience: Proven track record of working on luxury residential and hospitality projects, preferably within the GCC.
- Skills: Exceptional technical skills and a strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building regulations. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment are essential.
