BIM and Digital Design ManagerLocation: Newcastle (NE12) - Office Based, 5 Days Per Week - Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + BenefitsA well-established architectural practice with a strong reputation for architectural design, strategic thinking, masterplanning and interior design is seeking a BIM and Digital Design Manager to lead and develop the entire BIM function across the business.This is a key leadership role responsible for BIM strategy, standards, digital delivery and technology adoption across multiple teams. The successful candidate will drive change, improve BIM maturity, ensure consistent project delivery and support the continued evolution of digital design processes throughout the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the BIM function across the business.Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, templates and workflows.Drive BIM adoption, digital transformation and change management initiatives.Support project teams in the delivery of BIM-enabled projects across all stages.Oversee model coordination, auditing, quality assurance and information exchange.Manage BIM Execution Plans and information management processes in line with ISO 19650.Champion best practice across Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud and associated technologies.Monitor emerging technologies, including AI, automation and computational design, and assess their application within design workflows.Mentor, coach and support teams to improve BIM capability and maintain consistent standards ..... full job details .....
