As part of a developing Billing Operations function, you''ll play a key role in strengthening Order-to-Cash processes and supporting the company''s ability to scale internationally.Your new roleAs a Billing Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of end-to-end billing activities across new business, renewals, and amendments. Initially focused on UK transactions, the role will evolve to support a global portfolio. You''ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate invoicing, resolve billing issues, and drive improvements across systems and processes.Key responsibilitiesManage end-to-end billing for new deals, renewals, and amendmentsGenerate accurate, timely invoices aligned with contractual termsReconcile billing data across multiple systems and resolve discrepanciesOversee monthly renewals and validate pricing, terms, and billing schedulesAct as a primary contact for internal teams and customers on billing queriesWork with Sales, Customer Success, Contracts, and Finance to ensure clean deal executionHighlight upstream data gaps and escalate risks with clear solutionsSupport process improvements, workflow standardisation, and system enhancementsBuild capability to support multi-region, multi-currency billingProvide additional support during month-end and quarter-end cyclesWhat you''ll need to succeedStrong experience in Billing Operations, ..... full job details .....
