Day-to-day of the role: Daily Supervision: Manage and organise the daily workflow of the department, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met. Team Development: Provide ongoing support to the department, identifying skill gaps and training needs. Workload Management: Monitor workload, allocate tasks, and support operations with billing tasks and reporting during peak periods. Cycle Management: Oversee monthly billing cycles and recharge reporting, ensuring data integrity. Billing Strategy Support: Develop and implement complex billing strategies. Error Reduction: Audit outputs to identify and correct recurring data errors. Query Support: Act as the escalation point for complex billing disputes. Root-Cause Investigation: Analyse billing anomalies and collaborate on long-term fixes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial operations and development teams to ensure efficient operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a billing operation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
