Key responsibilities include: Managing the monthly billing process, including raising and reviewing invoices. Producing fee forecasts and projections. Monitoring WIP, project budgets and profitability. Preparing project financial analysis and monthly reporting. Investigating and resolving billing and financial discrepancies. Working closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are billed accurately and on time. Supporting management accounts and audit processes. Helping improve project financial processes and systems. You''ll ideally have: Billing and WIP experience desirable. Good Excel and financial analysis skills. Knowledge of VAT and billing compliance. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
