Billing Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing professional to take a lead role within a busy finance function, overseeing billing operations and supporting a high-performing team. The role offers excellent flexibility, with hybrid working requiring just one day per week in the office and the remainder working from home. You will be joining an established organisation that is looking for an experienced Billing Supervisor to oversee its day-to-day billing operations. This is a key role within the finance team, providing the opportunity to lead and support a team of billing professionals while working closely with colleagues across Finance and the wider business to ensure billing is accurate, timely and efficient. This is a full-time, six-month temporary position, with only one day per week required in the office. Key responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day billing activity across a portfolio of clients, monitoring performance against agreed targets and KPIs, reviewing billing quality, resolving complex billing queries and disputes, and ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time.
