Billing Supervisor - Hybrid - Temp to Perm

Your new company A well-established, market-leading organisation is seeking an experienced Billings Supervisor to join its finance function on a temporary to permanent basis. Operating within a fast-paced environment, the business is looking for a hands-on supervisor who can support daily billing operations whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and overall team performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing, accounts receivable or revenue professional who enjoys driving improvements and making a visible impact within a busy finance team.Your new role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take responsibility for overseeing the billing function and supporting a team of 2 to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Key responsibilities will include:Supervising, motivating and supporting the billing team on a day-to-day basis.Managing the end-to-end billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Investigating and resolving billing queries and discrepancies.Reviewing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Monitoring billing performance, workload and service levels.Working closely with finance, operational and commercial stakeholders.Supporting month-end activities, reconciliations and reporting requirements.Introducing stronger controls and best practice procedures where required.Assisting with process documentation, system enhancements and change initiatives.Helping to reduce backlogs, ..... full job details .....
