You will support the delivery of a consistent and departmentally led income-generating activity. The role will help ensure that revenue cases are captured, triaged, documented and progressed through the correct workflow, with accurate records maintained across approved systems. You will provide day-to-day guidance and administrative support to academics, departments and faculty users, helping them understand the information, approvals and documentation required to progress revenue activity.   Key responsibilities     Operational Processing and Case Management     Review revenue pro-formas and supporting information to ensure they are complete, accurate and supported by the required approvals.   Triage revenue cases and progress them through agreed workflows, ensuring activities are handled in a timely and consistent way.
