Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Raising invoices and managing billing processes Partnering with project teams to monitor project performance and budgets Working closely with job runners, project managers, partners, and directors to discuss project finances and challenge where needed Maintaining accurate project and financial data within Timemaster and supporting the transition to Cmap Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role (Billing Specialist, Project Accountant, Finance Assistant, or similar) within a professional services environment Strong numerical skills and confidence working with financial data A can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to challenge senior ..... full job details .....
