This role would suit someone with billing, sales ledger or accounts receivable experience gained within a fast-paced, high-volume invoicing environment. Key Responsibilities Raising and processing high volumes of customer invoices. Supporting end-to-end billing activities, including applications for payment and consolidated billing. Uploading and managing invoices via customer portals. Processing credit notes and resolving billing discrepancies. Maintaining accurate records of billed and unbilled work. Assisting with reconciliations and ensuring all billable activity is captured. Investigating and resolving customer billing queries. Liaising with operational teams to obtain accurate billing information. Supporting process improvement and system enhancement projects. About You Previous experience within Billing, Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable. Experience working in a high-volume invoicing environment.
